JunkBusters is thriving here in South Florida! Jeremy, Stephen, and I started a small junk-hauling company in the Broward/Miami-Dade area about 6 months ago. Things have been going ok and we seem to get more jobs as the days go on. Check out the image gallery for a recent pic of one of our jobs. I tried to edit your post to turn the comments on but it didn't work. Now your post says it comes from me. Great.

My suggestion is to goto www.penfed.org and apply for a loan online. First you will need to join penfed, and since I am a member and you're my brother, it won't be a problem.(let me know if you need any info from me) All you have to do is deposit $5 in your acount. The loan process is VERY easy and they will even give you a pre-qual letter and everything. They will also give you an estimate of closing, but expect to pay about 2-3k more for insurance, etc.

My stock pic for the day is FICC, paying a 2.00 div on a 11/12 dolar stock. Wait for the pull back to below $11, or start to buy in chunks now.
