People taking pictures of my house

I've only been in my house for two months and this is the third time someone has stopped in front of it and taken a picture from their car. The first time was sort of freaky because when the woman saw me sitting in the office it startled her and she drove off quickly.

Googling "people taking pictures of my house" brought up this posting from a person who had a similar experience and was able to speak with the photog. The explanation they got seems benign so I'll figure my house is nothing special and these people are involved in the insurance or appraisal industry.

Um, yea only freaky stuff like this happens in MD. No in FL. Or the person is listing your house on craigslist to rent or buy.....:-O Maybe you should post a sign that says "pictures...$10. The image of my house is copywritten and protected by US copyright law and may only be dissemenated with prior approval and payment to me!"

yeah most likely harmless

I tend to suspect the worse too, but ussually reality is much more boring. I use to always see a woman in an SUV at 3:00 am a number of times driving up and down our street very slowly. Very suspicious right?

Then I figured out she was delivering the mornings papers!
